1. Pathway Closure - We have accepted a bid and are proceeding with the installation of a French drain to address the water run-off issue.  At the moment we do not have a definitive timeline for the work to be completed as everything has been impacted by the Coronavirus closures.  We appreciate everyone’s patience and will update as soon as we have more information.

  

2. Community Playground - Now that we are in the Yellow Phase, the board has decided to reopen to playground to resident use.  Please be aware that we are not sanitizing any equipment and we still ask that everyone respect social distancing policies.  If anything changes with respect to the phased ‘reopening’ in our location, or if a case is confirmed in our vicinity, we will re-evaluate.
